This is a school-related rant-like thing.
I have somewhat realized that I only took up Film just to be a writer, because I wasn’t accepted in the school that had a writing major. I really thought I could do well at first, but in the long run, I can’t seem to do it so well anymore. The more I really saw that I can only write.
I told myself, I’d want to be like Tina Fey when I get older. If I can’t step up and take charge like a director would, I should at least be able to write something good. Or at least be able to edit a video too, just so I can do at least one thing more in Film.
I can’t shift now because it’s too late. I’ll stick it out for the last two sems, then when I graduate, I’ll really be a writer. At least I know how films are made, even if my own films are crap.
